OPTIMALISASI LAYANAN SIMRS PADA PENGELOLAAN DATA KLAIM JKN DENGAN METODE PDCA

The implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) plays an important role in improving operational efficiency, service quality, and the productivity of hospital human resources. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) as part of SIMRS also have a strategic role in supporting the health service financing system, particularly in the INA-CBGs-based National Health Insurance Program (JKN). However, at RSAU dr. M. Munir, there are still obstacles in the use of SIMRS, especially during peak service hours and when there is downtime in connectivity with the BPJS Kesehatan system, which has an impact on service and claim management. This community service activity aims to optimize the implementation of EMR integrated into SIMRS through the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) approach. The methods used include problem identification, development and dissemination of standard operating procedures (SOPs), evaluation of implementation, and follow-up improvements. The results of the activity show that the application of PDCA can minimize the impact of system disruptions, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of RME filling, and support the smooth operation of JKN services and claims management on an ongoing basis.
