ANALISIS KEPUASAN TENAGA KESEHATAN TERHADAP REKAM REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK PADA PELAYANAN RAWAT JALAN

Healthcare worker satisfaction is a key indicator in assessing the success of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) implementation, as it demonstrates the extent to which the system's performance meets the needs and expectations of its users. In the outpatient unit of Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital, Tulangan, healthcare worker satisfaction with EMR is suboptimal due to infrastructure constraints, limited training, and resistance to system use. This situation can significantly impact the quality of work and user experience. This research generally aims to assess the level of healthcare worker satisfaction regarding the use of electronic medical records in the outpatient unit of Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital, Tulangan, Sidoarjo, in 2025. The method used was a quantitative descriptive cross-sectional approach. The study population included 73 healthcare workers in the outpatient unit. Based on the Slovin formula calculation, a sample of 62 people was selected through a purposive sampling technique, including doctors, nurses, lab staff, pharmacists, cashiers, and radiologists. A questionnaire instrument was used in the data collection process. The research findings showed that healthcare worker satisfaction was classified as good, with a percentage reaching 83.9% based on descriptive statistical analysis. This figure reflects that the majority of respondents were satisfied.
