ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PENCATATAN DAN PELAPORAN DATA MORBIDITAS DI PUSKESMAS RAMPAL CELAKET

Puskesmas have an important role in recording and reporting health data, including morbidity data that is the basis for the preparation of monthly reports (LB), where LB 1 summarizes the number of disease cases based on the classification of diagnoses according to the ICD and is used to analyze disease patterns, monitor public health trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of recording and reporting morbidity data at the Rampal Celaket Health Center. This study uses a qualitative method with stages of data collection, data reduction through codification, categorization, and fact compaction, as well as drawing conclusions. The subjects of the study consisted of medical record officers and doctors. The results of the study show that the process of recording and processing data has been effective, but there are obstacles in collecting reports at the reporting stage. The conclusion of this study is the need to develop a more integrated and automated system so that reporting can be carried out more efficiently and produce more accurate and quality data.
