PENINGKATAN LITERASI DIGITAL KESEHATAN MELALUI PENYULUHAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI MOBILE JKN

The development of information technology has driven digital transformation in various fields, including the health sector. One government innovation supporting this transformation is the Mobile JKN application developed by BPJS Kesehatan to facilitate access to services for National Health Insurance participants. However, the application's use in rural areas remains limited due to low digital literacy and limited supporting infrastructure. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Sumbersuko Village residents in using the Mobile JKN application independently. The activity methods included counseling, demonstrations, direct mentoring, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests. The results showed an increase in average participant knowledge from 50% in the pre-test to 85% in the post-test, indicating a 35 percentage point increase in understanding. In addition, participants were able to register accounts, select health facilities, and use the online queue feature independently. Despite challenges such as unstable internet connections and differences in digital skills between ages, this conclusion indicates that this activity has proven effective in improving public health digital literacy.
